Our services

Community Support

Staying Connected, Involved and Independent

Our community support helps people stay connected, attend appointments and activities, access community services, develop everyday skills and reduce social isolation.

Support may include

  • Attending appointments and activities
  • Accessing local community services
  • Developing everyday skills and confidence
  • Building and maintaining social connections
  • Reducing loneliness and social isolation
  • Support to participate in interests and hobbies

Person-centred support

Every person’s circumstances are different. We begin by asking:

  • What matters to you?
  • What can you do independently?
  • Where would you like support?
  • What would you like to achieve?

This helps us develop meaningful, outcome-focused support.

Where an individual’s needs involve activities subject to specific regulatory requirements, Dayspring Centre ensures that services are only provided within the scope of the organisation’s applicable registration and legal requirements.
